Cake of the Month: Florian Tiramisu Parfait

For July, Florian’s pastry chefs have ingeniously created the Florian Tiramisu Parfait. As the name implies, Caffè Florian has once again masterfully transformed the classic recipe with a parfait filling, the chilled texture of which undoubtedly adds a refreshing twist to the original recipe.

Mascarpone cheese is whisked with Italian egg whites and fresh cream, decorated with chocolate covered coffee beans, before finally being coated in a dark chocolate ganache. Take a nibble, and slightly press down with the tip of your tongue; you will be instantly captivated by the aroma of the parfait as it mingles with the other rich fillings. You will discover a slight bitterness accompanying an undercurrent of sweetness as well as the scent of liqueur, all providing a unique experience for the senses and creating a new standard of excellence in the art of dessert making.
